CRMT supports its clients in engine and component testing by offering a comprehensive and tailored service. Our test cells, equipped with state-of-the-art technologies, allow for the evaluation of a wide range of engines, whether powered by conventional or alternative fuels.

DIFFERENT TYPES OF FUELS TESTED
CRMT's engine test cells can accommodate a wide variety of fuels, covering both standard and alternative options:
- Compressed Natural Gas (CNG, Bio-CNG)
- Hydrogen (H₂)
- Ethanol
- Standard Fuels : Gasoline and Diesel
STANDARD EQUIPMENT OF TEST CELLS
Our test cells are equipped with advanced technologies to ensure precise and reliable testing :
- Eddy Current Dynamometers: Up to 440 kW or Generator Systems: Up to 250 kW, enabling operation at defined points within test programs.
- Coriolis Flowmeter: For precise fuel consumption measurement, essential for evaluating engine energy efficiency.
- Test Bench Automation: Ensures test repeatability and reliability with precise control of testing parameters.
- Cylinder Pressure Measurement: To analyze combustion performance and optimize engine operation.
MEASUREMENT EQUIPMENT FOR POLLUTANT EMISSIONS
To optimize engines and meet emission standards, CRMT is equipped with the following tools :
- Mexa-One Analysis Bay: Measures key exhaust gas components such as CO, CO₂, O₂, THC, CH₄, NO, and NOx.
- FTIR FTX-One Analysis Bay: Measures standard compounds (CO, CO₂, NO, NO₂) as well as non-regulated compounds such as NH₃, N₂O, H₂O, SO₂, HCHO₂, HCOOH, etc.
- SPCS Particle Counter: Measures particle numbers as small as 23 nm or 10 nm in exhaust gases.
- Hydrogen Analyzer: Measures hydrogen concentration up to 10% in exhaust gases (fuel cells or internal combustion engines) and blow-by gases.
